The Hearing Aid (UP-6ESS) is simple to oporate, simply turn down the volume tile on both the hearing aids then turn the hearing aids on, swith the hearing aid on then put the hearing aid comfortable in and around the ear, then start turning the volume up to a comfortable level.

There is a button on the right side of the carrying case when opened, the button when pressed the LED lights above it will show the statues of the battery. This will inform you if your need to replace the battery or not.

Ordered this for my husband. He has severe hearing loss. This has worked great! It has even gone in the shower with him about a half a dozen times and still works. Not too bad on batteries either. We would buy this again. May be buying a 2nd one for the other ear.
