To set up the pest repeller is as easy as 1 - 2 – 3.

 

  1.     Remove the device from the packaging.

  2.     Plug the device into an AC outlet with the front of the device facing the area

          you want to protect.

  3.     Enjoy the fulfillment.

 

The Pest Repeller UP-117 will start working once the device is plugged in.

 

Ultrasonic Sound Wave: is a high pitched sound wave that is by emitted by the Pest Repeller that is inaudible to us as humans but is still audible to rodents and insects. The Ultrasonic Sound Waves disrupts and irritates the rodents and insects from its habitat, which then they are forced to move.

 

Electro-Magnetic: is a pulsing vibration that is emitted through the electrical lines to get rid of the rodents and insects living within the walls. Electro-Magnetic affects the nervous system of mice, rats and other rodents.​

We bought this for use at a beach cottage that we visit once a month. In the spring we see a large infestation of bats every year so I bought this in advance and put in place (outdoors under an eave). We have some indication that bats have visited but not to the degree of a typical year and in my view this device has worked wonders. I also was pleased with the packaging - I had emailed the provider asking some questions and he responded with helpful information but also included a note with details about how best to set up the device for my intended purposes. A great purchasing experience overall.

First, I have to say I've always been skeptical of these sonic pest devices and stayed away from spending my money on them. However, I decided to give this a shot based on some very positive reviews and I must say, I think this seems to be working for my issue.
Over the course of three months prior to purchasing and installing this device, I trapped four mice in my attic, in the three months since, zero.
I waited a while before posting this review so I could have a decent sample size, so I must say I think this has done the trick. I've also noticed a big drop off in the number of spiders in the house since installing this.
Anyway, everyone's situation is different, but I wanted to at least share my experience so far, as it may work for others also.
